France is on the verge of a 'civil war' which could be sparked by the mass sexual assault of women by migrants similar to the one seen in Cologne on New Year's Eve, the country's head of intelligence has said.

In the end everything can be formulated this way, as you do it with regards to the EU. Darwinism isn't really falsifiable. You can a posteriori always say: Yeah, of course the new thing was better; after all it displaced the former thing.
