Yes there was usury doing this period. Schacht's policies ensured the German economy was geared perfectly towards rearmament, but it didn't stop high finance and the industrial elite from profiting. How could they stop usury when banks weren't even nationalised like Feder wanted and Germany never issued a new currency? Hitler merely continued using the same currency he inherited from the Weimar Republic.

I actually bought that book because /pol/ memes about it so much.

The author would take various quotes from memoirs about the war to give hellstorm a veneer of legitimacy, but he actually takes things out of context, and in some cases, outright changes passages to suit his agenda.
