WFAA reporters are saying that a man was spotted by a detective in the cop-only parking garage. He wouldn't speak to the detective and ran into a stairwell. That is the possible threat SWAT is dealing with now.

There was also rumor that a group from Houston coming to shoot HQ up. It was put on lock down (though Dallas PD is now saying it wasn't) and the've been dealing with that.
