This is very clearly a SHOTGUN not a rifle. It is also throwing sparks on impact with CONCRETE meaning it is a show round like they use in hollywood productions or for fun at the range. Called "Dragon's Breath" and it is designed to spark up after a good 10+ feet or at impact.
The only other round that would spark on impact is really cheap steelshot birdshot, maybe, but not to this extreme degree.
This is pretty damning evidence for it being a false flag. It just so happened to happen on the day where we had the Investigator General say under oath the emails were so classified his team couldn't review them without special secret clearance and his team couldn't discuss with Congress the subject matter much less disclose the contents of them to the review board. They also couldn't name the secret agency that apparently doesn't exist that classified those emails.
That and Comey basically saying under oath she is 100% guilty but he can't recommend charges because the law's she violated have never been enforced before.
