Shooting someone for moving just because they say they have a weapon isn't justifiable. Especially IF he was asked to get his ID which 100% of the time you are asked at a traffic stop.

Not reasonable self defense and not legal. Even if you take the cops narrative which hasn't been released yet but probably will be:

Why 4 times at point blank range? Why are you so afraid when your weapons already drawn? He isn't superhuman fast. Why not even wait to see if there's a gun in his pocket or tell him to freeze again?
In our country, cops can only shoot to defend as a last resort. This is clearly not the case. He shot first asked questions later. No gun in the pocket. Safely in the glove compartment. No immediate threat. He had back-up. No reason to think you were in danger it was a simple traffic stop. Why even have your gun drawn during a traffic stop?
