I had a blast there. I spent a lot of time in the Balkans and after a while it all see seems very similar, then you step into Albania and it's like another world. It's a bizarre place, which is why I liked it. Just feels really unique and strange compared to everywhere else I've been. Dangerous though and it's fucked up trying to get around. Their capital city doesn't even have a bus/train station so if you don't have a car it's difficult to move around. You can eat and drink like a king on little money though and it's a good time if you don't mind gypsies and not having water at hostels
