People don't trust Gove after he killed Boris. I think Leadsom would have a much better chance against May.

Andrea Leadsom probably could since she has the least amount of cancer on her CV.

No Labour MPs can easily win as leader in 2020 either.

Austria presidential poll result overturned

Austria's highest court has annulled the result of the presidential election narrowly lost by the far-right candidate of the Freedom Party.
The party had challenged the result, saying that postal votes had been improperly handled.
The Freedom Party candidate, Norbert Hofer, lost the election to the former leader of the Greens, Alexander Van der Bellen, by less than a percentage point.
The election will now be re-run.

No, Gove is principled and dedicated to the cause. Ed is wishy washy.
>>
>>79385725

Fine, here's your reply, cunt.

We have the rest of the world we can trade with, there are plenty more opportunities out there. Some anon was posting a map here of viable options, I didn't save it. Whether or not you want to accept it, by imposing tariffs on trade with us, we could simply say fuck you and go elsewhere and several EU member states would be worse off. Remember, they don't have the choice of going elsewhere to sell goods and services.

Freedom of movement - A skilled Hungarian engineer is just as welcome here as a Romanian beggar - just so long as they have an EU passport, they can come in. More poor Europeans here equates to a strain on health services, school places and housing availability, and leaves the benefit system wide open to exploitation.

Now go fuck yourself.

We don't know that because she hasn't been allowed near frontbench politics in her career yet. As a result nobody knows her and there is far more hesitancy and inertia against her because she's a relative unknown. I love her more than anybody but it's unlikely that this is her time. She will probably get a nice cabinet spot tho.

He's the best of the two we're likely to be handed. Leadsom has potential but remains an unknown quantity. It's got to be Gove, really. Chancellor George Osborne has abandoned his target to restore government finances to a surplus by 2020.

It had been the chancellor's most prized goal and had been driving austerity measures in previous budgets.

However, Mr Osborne said the UK must be "realistic about achieving a surplus by the end of the decade".

The UK economy is showing "clear signs" of shock in the aftermath of the vote to leave the European Union, he said.

Labour are not retaking Scotland and will continue to haemorrhage votes in the North and Wales. Lib Dems will take a decade to recover and the countdown only starts when Tim nice but dim is ousted. The SNP are likely to concede a few seats in Scotland to the tories as their opposition in Holyrood gains momentum.

As it stands we're functionally a one party state.
