Everytime I've brought them to court they get it adjourned for 'training' or 'exercises' and they can withhold cctv evidence for months if not years just by backtracking. In London there's an estimated 7-9 million pounds worth of bribes and missing confiscates associated with the Met. Camerons police commission is a joke in the legal world.
