I've started a sort of intellectual experiment on the premise that the most important thing in life is to pass on ones genetics, and Hitlers Germany seems (at first glance) to be a good model.

That's fine, but we're just stepping into an era of tehnologies like CRISPR. China has already begun trying to mix European geneics with East Asians via genetic manipulation. We won't have to use elaborate breeding programs; everyone will have to meet with a geneticist before conceiving.
