During the PA-R primary, you will be voting to elect delegates, which are not bound and obligated to vote for the state/district winner during first round.
You MUST find a delegate that will vote for Trump at the convention, and cast your vote for them.
You will also cast a popular vote for Trump, which will allow him to earn all 17 State delegates for being in 1st place.
Have this information, and your voter ID with you when you vote.
