Don't you all want both sexes to be treated equally? My friend's wife doesn't make as much as her male coworkers, the wage gap is very real. Both genders have the same chromosomes, same intelligence capacity, and are equally as hardworking.

Government mandates minimum wage. Past that point, government does not (and should not) mandate individual salaries. It's up to everyone to ask for a raise if they feel they deserve it, and negotiate their own contracts.
I am a feminist in the traditional sense of the word, it's just that I think the feminist movement achieved its goals in America DECADES ago. Women DO have equal rights, equal opportunities, equal protection under the law. But salaries are between you and your employer. Unless they're breaking their contract, it isn't a legal or political issue. At a certain point you're NOT talking about feminism, you're talking about socialism. Call it what it is.

Because feminism is not about "equality", it is about women having more rights and benefits than they previously have had. One sex having greater rights rights and benefits does not mean things are anywhere near equal.
Women statistically make less than men because they make different life choices, choose to work in different industries and follow different societal roles, as they're the ones who have babies, not men. The wage gap is largely a myth, and when accounting for the above factors, the imbalance goes from the bullshit "75c in the dollar" constantly spouted to 95-98c, depending on industry.
Third wave feminism need only exist long enough to remove what small pockets of institution sexism remain in developed western countries. To say the patriarchy exists in developed, western countries is complete bullshit. What is left of the third wave is a mostly un-informed middle class, minorities that use it to prop up other personal views and the loonies like Big Red who just want to hate people . The sooner the people who consider themselves "progressive" move towards egalitarian views and stop confusing "equality" and "feminism", the sooner this shit can fuck right off.

And, There are many jobs that women physically cannot do. Also, women seem to cause a lot of problems in the work place. The upper-management of the company my dad works for is all women, and it's a fucking gossip and rumor mill, with an assload of drama. People let their feelings get in the way at his workplace.
