The 2nd amendment doesn't mean you can go into a store and say "You must give me a gun, it is my right!"
The 2nd amendment means the government can't prevent you from purchasing and owning a gun, so the "right to healthcare" would mean the government can't prevent you from paying a doctor to treat you.

It isn't as if the government is required to buy you guns. They just have to let you buy them.
That's alot different than making the government build and pay for all of the medical infrastructure required to give you treatment for being so cripplingly stupid and on top of it, foot your hospital bill.
