Likewise in the 1950s around 1 million illegals left the United States of their own will as a result of the threat of deportation under Operation Wetback. History shows that if you bother to actually enforce the laws then the illegals will just leg it the fuck out of the country. The idea we'll need to round up 12 million illegals and 6 million anchor babies is a sad joke- most will flee as soon as Trump is elected.
So mass deportation isn't the right word for it unless you assume mass self-deportation should be covered under that.
