The ~300k votes under just "UK" seem to be either the ones that aren't linked to a constituency, or a delayed sum of the UK vote. You have to manually sum the votes in each constituency to get the number that matters.

As the bots are using the postcode SW1A 0AA, which is Westminster, London - if the petition votes for
"Cities of London and Westminster","ons_code":"E14000639","mp":"Rt Hon Mark Field MP","signature_count":25645}"
goes above 226,841 it'll be more than the population of Westminster and hopefully the media will pick up on it.
