Counts will get under way when polls close at 22:00 GMT Thursday, 23 June at 382 local centres around the UK. These local results will be declared as the counts are completed before being collated at 12 regional centres, which will also declare the totals for each side. There will be a rolling total so the time at which one side reaches the point of being mathematically unbeatable depends on how quickly the vote are counted and how close the results are running. It is a safe bet that from 4am onwards there should be pretty clear picture of which way the vote is going. A chief counting officer will announce the overall result at Manchester Town Hall. There will be no official exit poll, although some private banks are doing one, but they might not release the results until after the official count. Keep your eye on the Sterling, if it suddenly tanks, then we can guess the results. Yougov is also running a exit poll.

It's quite simple to comprehensively win and make an undeniable case:
We live in a democracy whereby every five years we give our political power to our representatives.
Our representatives don't have any political power that isn't given to them by us, and every five years parliament is dissolved and they hand it back. We can choose someone else or decide to give it to them again - we can give our political power to whomever we want, but the point is the power is ours.
When the UK joined the EU, our political representatives decided to give this power (lent to them by us) away, to a system where we can't get it back. The EU has taken power from our representatives that wasn't even theirs to give away.
Vote Leave is about getting that power back, because it should never have been given away in the first place.

Quality of life depends on the economy. EU will be better for the next few years, then tank shortly after due to the amounts of debt and drain it will have on Britain. Then, the majority of Brits will lose their jobs and Britain will become similar to a second world or third world (likely second world) country. If UK leaves, stocks go down for the next little while (again, a few years), before Britain builds up new trade ties with North America and non-Eurozone countries. At first , the EU will try to make Britain "pay" for leaving, but Britain is one of the greatest contributors to the EU, and if they leave, Sweden will likely follow. Then the EU loses all its power and Britain once again becomes a major (and now independent) trading country.
