The problem is that you can put on the no fly list or mistaken for someone else on it, and subsequently have your second amendment rights violated, when you have done nothing wrong. There is little oversight and no due process, and it can be very difficult to get off the list once you're on it.
Here in the US, we do not take away peoples rights without due process. You have to be convicted of a felony by a jury of your peers for your second amendment rights to be taken away, for example.
Same reason we have innocent until proven guilty. We'd rather let 10 guilty people go than send 1 innocent person to jail. And we'd rather let 10 terrorists buy guns than let 1 innocent person's rights be violated. This may not make sense to you statist cucks living in totalitarian nanny states, but here in the US, it's how we operate.

There is no due process to determine who is and who isn't a terrorist and there also isn't a way to repeal if you are labeled as a suspected terrorist. Until they fix those problems, our second amendment rights can be easily stripped due to gov. manipulation

As much as I hate to say it the ones who are US citizens have just as much right to be here as anyone. We can't hold the second ammendment sacred and then just go round up all the Muslims, ignoring their own rights to freedom of religion and due process in the doing so.
The best we can hope for while upholding the values this country was founded on is some public discourse to spread awareness of the fact that even "moderate" muslims often hold some pretty extreme values which are at ends with the tenets of our civilization even if they don't have plans on Allah akbaring something. Hopefully with time we can temper the American brand of Islam into something a bit more palatable and make proper citizens out of them yet.
