SMALL C CONSERVATIVES WORKING TO ENSURE THE FLOOD GATES REMAIN OPEN IF WE BREXIT
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-36515897
>Scotland could be given greater control over immigration in a Brexit, a figure from the Leave campaign has claimed.
>Immigration policy across the UK is currently decided by the Home Office.
>But Michael Gove, the government's justice secretary, said it would be "for Scotland to decide" on immigration to the country after Brexit.
>First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Mr Gove told a "fib and a half".
>The Scottish government has been a vocal critic of UK immigration policy, which it has argued is too heavily influenced by the priorities of the south east of England.
>And it has said reducing the numbers of incoming migrants does not recognise Scotland's economic needs, with the country facing an increasingly ageing population and some rural areas struggling to attract skilled workers.
>Campaigners on both sides of the EU debate have also highlighted potential difficulties in devolving immigration to Holyrood - such as how to prevent people who arrive in Scotland from then moving to other parts of the UK.
>Appearing on the BBC's Good Morning Scotland programme, Mr Gove was asked by presenter Gary Robertson how many people would be allowed to come to Scotland under the Leave campaign's immigration proposals.
>Mr Gove responded: "It would be for Scotland to decide because under the proposals that we have put forward we believe that a points based immigration policy - similar to the one that was actually put forward as a model for an independent Scotland by Nicola Sturgeon - would be the right approach."
>He said Tom Harris, who is heading the Leave campaign in Scotland, had written to Ms Sturgeon explaining how Scotland "can have a greater degree of control over immigration policy".
They know full well that the "nationalists" will use free movement to continue flooding the whole UK with even more people than Blair and Brown.
>>77135630
Good question.
Considering that he is still beloved by the members, probably not. Labour are not known for knifing their leaders. But his performance on Brexit has been so lackluster that the Blairite/non-Corbyn wing of the party may spring loose from sheer hatred getting past their cowardice.

>>77135630

>>77136982
Not even slightly. I'm a Paki and I can tell you this will not happen especially if we get tougher on non-EU migration after a Brexit. It's already pretty tough not counting the open EU door.
The amount of Africans, Pakis, Indians, etc coming in has dropped significantly over the last 5 years since Cameron precisely because the Conservatives got tough.
Brexit from what? You're already a muslims empire.

birthrates of non-western immigrants dropped to EU levels here in the netherlands for 2nd generation immigrants. all you gotta do is prevent new mass immigration every year and you will be fine. the few people that do immigrate will slowly integrate over the generations until you can't seperate them from the native population anymore (kind of like what happened in the US with whites).

I've already met and talked with plenty of people of all ages that are voting Leave to give me confidence that we have a chance, but I just don't know what I'm going to do if I hear the result that Remain won. I'd genuinely be heartbroken for this country.
I've seen some remainers already asking when the next opinion poll is due out.

Does Andres Neil attack everyone he interviews this way? Perhaps he's just an aggressive journalist, but can anyone share a link to the interview he did with people from the Remain campaign? He only kept asking Farage about previous statements he had made and tried to make him out to be dishonest and a hypocrite. There was barely any talk about anything in relation to the EU aside from immigration. When I opened the newspaper the other day there was an article about Brexit, but most of it was just a sob story about two Polish workers in Britain worried that they might not be allowed to stay or go on vacation in Poland. They also took the opportunity to insult the average Ukip voter. Aside from calling them "left behinds" who haven't been able to cope with the advances in technology and globalization they said:
>Other strongholds for Ukip are areas with barely any immigrants, but where the common denominator is that the population is often poorly educated, older and conservative. They long for the 1950s, before same-sex marriage and before Africans and Asians from former colonies came to Great Britain.
Yeah, no one cares about Swedish jewspapers, but even in Britain it seems to me like the media is only trying to make the whole Brexit about immigration and nothing else. Perhaps just to discredit them, but I wish their could be more serious debates and interviews about the many other terrible aspects of the EU, like the nightmarish administration and bureaucracy, how member states effectively give up their own sovereignty and how outright anti-democratic it is.

5 main parties you need to know
1. Conservatives - basically the republicans. on the question of the EU, they are split 50/50. current conservative prime minister david cameron wanting to stay in along with much of his inner circle. However major members of his cabinet and of the conservative party have backed out, like boris johnson, the former mayor of london and english trump. Half based half cucked.
2. Labour - basically the democrats. led by a major socialist Jeremy Corbyn, who is basically British Sanders. ironically corbyn wants to leave the EU but has changed his tone to stay in once he got leadership of the Labour party. most of the leadership want to stay in but many of the white working class affected by immigration want out.
3. Scottish Nationalist Party - socialists from scotland who want to leave the UK and stay in the EU. Traitors and commies.
4. Liberal Democrats - Centrist party between Labour and Conservatives who are very strongly EU. Got utterly shrek'd at the last election and fuck em they're worthless.
5. UKIP - United Kingdom Independence Party. Strongest anti-EU party. 3rd largest party in terms of votes at the last general election. Led by pepeface frogman and the meme in chief around these parts Nigel Farage. Fighting for liberty, independence, and sovereignty.

Nice.
Mr Brown delayed his trip to Lisbon so he could appear before a Commons select committee scrutinising his government.
He promised the committee there would be a full debate in Parliament on the 250-page text but no referendum.
The Conservatives said Mr Brown's "diary clash" did not reflect well on him, making him appear "gutless".
"If he believes this treaty is the right thing for the country then he ought to have the guts to go to the actual signing ceremony," Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague told BBC News 24.
"We had this chronic indecision in Downing Street about what the prime minister would do. I don't think that's a very good advertisement for prime ministerial decision-making."
Kenneth Clarke, the pro-European former Conservative chancellor, said Mr Brown's "stunt" proved he was "not very good at international diplomacy" and was more concerned with newspaper headlines.
It was "a foolish way of going about defending a treaty which he's taken part in the negotiations of", Mr Clarke told BBC News 24. "He's behaving rather childishly."

Mr Farage said: "This is just about the most thoroughly dishonest political process I have ever been witness to.

It's hard to understand what he means, but I assume he is anti-Tory.
The legislative body of the EU is the European Commission, an unelected, unaccountable, untransparent committee of 28 appointed by the national governments of the EU. The EU Parliament is just a rubber stamp talking shop. Literally a Politburo-USSR House of Representatives constitution. The EU is the successor state to the USSR.
Except with the EU you still get Tory government. The Tory government personally appoints the UK Commissioner to the EU. The EC is a neocon cabal driving through a federalisation agenda for the benefit of giant capitalists and international banks. Not even memeing, that's literally what it is. Who influences the EC? Whom are they accountable to? Not you, because you can't remove them by vote. Ever wonder why there are 15,000 (I made this number up but pretty sure I heard it somewhere before, sounds about right) lobbyists living in Brussels? They love the EU, because they can get their business done out of sight and out of mind of the European public.

A votes a vote
Okay, here's our biggest angle of attack on Brown, I think.
He refused the public a referendum on the Lisbon treaty, something that sacrificed our control in the EU in many areas. Here's a quote -
Mr Brown has said there was no need for a referendum as the treaty was different from the constitution rejected by voters in France and the Netherlands in 2005.
But he told the Commons liaison committee there would be "more scope for Parliament to debate some of these issues than there has been in the past".
The UK will give up its veto in many policy areas as the EU introduces more qualified majority voting, but Mr Brown said the changes were in the country's interests.
"Some of them are minor and procedural and the other ones are in Britain's interest and if they are not we have usually got an opt-in or an opt-out to decide whether we wish to be part of it," Mr Brown told the committee.
Bonus pic of Yorkshire (if we vote remain this will all turn to ash)

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
When Britain first, at heaven's command,
Arose from out the azure main,
This was the charter of the land,
And Guardian Angels sang this strain:
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
The nations not so blest as thee
Must, in their turn, to tyrants fall,
While thou shalt flourish great and free:
The dread and envy of them all.
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
Still more majestic shalt thou rise,
More dreadful from each foreign stroke,
As the loud blast that tears the skies
Serves but to root thy native oak.
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
Thee haughty tyrants ne'er shall tame;
All their attempts to bend thee down
Will but arouse thy generous flame,
But work their woe and thy renown.
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
To thee belongs the rural reign;
Thy cities shall with commerce shine;
All thine shall be the subject main,
And every shore it circles, thine.
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.
The Muses, still with freedom found,
Shall to thy happy coasts repair.
Blest isle! with matchless beauty crowned,
And manly hearts to guard the fair.
Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves!
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.

This is the problem with TRADE BLOCS.
Ireland has to trade with the EU to survive. And the EU makes the rules. One of the rules is being in the EU, if you seriously want to benefit.
Netherlands and Denmark are waiting for the UK to leave so that they can rely on us to ally against the EU with them. Only after we leave is it really feasible for them to leave.
Ireland would be pretty fucking against any trade union organised by the UK, so they don't see that as an option.
