Pic related. After I stopped watching TV, started lifting and tried to adopt a healthier outlook on life I found myself being attracted to completely different girls. My ideal is now like pic related. A very soft, feminine and curvy body. When I was in my teens and at the height of indoctrination I was much more attracted to "fit", ie more masculine muscular girls. Also having more experience with girls irl has made me appreciate and prefer more classically feminine traits.
I can't help but feel that we are being pushed to go against our biological imperative

A "soft" looking body isn't innately feminine, its just what a female body with good genes will look life while living a decadent and easy life. Lower body fat with more muscular definition is what women would look like if we were still hunters and gatherers. A woman with visible abs is pretty damn hot. Roid users on the other hand are an entirely different story.

There are two systems of "Beauty".

Basically things started (started as in 1950s when mass media became a thing) volumptuous for women before going skinny and now getting curbey again. Men went from slender to roided out and back to slightly slender again in the 2000s but are quickly heading back to 90s roid mode.
