One of the things that took me a hard time to learn about liberals is that they miss words or intentionally omit words in sentences.
So when the Declaration of Independence says, "All men are created equal", they clearly missed the 'created' part. Let's suppose God isn't a myth for a second. They believe that all men (people) are equal. That means we should have equal pay, right?
No, it clearly states we're all 'created' equal and that changes the perspective on this. That means we have 'an equal playing field' or 'equal opportunity'. But notice how equal opportunity bypasses merit. That's because they missed the word 'created'.
That's what we have to go on. But now let's look at the facts. All men are not created, nor are they equal. That's why reasonable people have a hard time grasping politics. It's all based on a myth to begin with. We need to abolish unproven rhetoric or otherwise made up shit, like racism.
