Been browsing /pol/ for a while now, as I originally didn't know much about politics so figured this board would help me form opinions, while looking at the outlook others have. Until today, I realized that this board has given me a skewed outlook on the way I view the world, and I'm thankful that I came to this realisation before it was too late.
I've lost a fair amount of friends, and it adds up when the last time I spoke to each one of them, a discussion about politics was involved.
I've said the wrong things to them, but at the time, I thought it was right, I thought it was the right way to see the world and I thought I was saying what everyone thought.
This page helped me understand that /pol/ is mostly just a bunch of really fucked up people, saying really fucked up things.
