Assuming two things, that immigration halts and that a thousand years pass, it's not so much that pockets of black or white communities will exist, instead at least 50% of people (the average, basically) will have 13% African admixture.
Provided selection becomes eugenic again, rather than the media continuing to cover up their flaws and make it politically incorrect to even talk about it, this isn't even a bad thing. Africans have many immune advantages and physical advantages that whites have, when they admit their aggression and antiintellectuality are problems they can begin healing or selecting against it.
