Also make sure to manually disable all the telemetry options in the options (Google this for specifics, otherwise Microsoft will Jew you and turn them on automatically again when you restart the PC). Turn off Windows Update in the Services and block all of Microsoft's Update server and telemetry collection center IP ranges in the host file.
Windows 10 can be good, but Microsoft insists on making it shit by being a literal botnet with built in keyloggers.
Windows 10 doesn't even let you turn off Windows Update in any options menu, it forces you to update their shitty spyware automatically when you turn off the PC; forcing you to go through long and excruciating sessions of getting fucked in the ass by Jewsoft whenever you start the computer.
