You're also way off on computers. They are basically memory machines. The test is also (probably) rigged to give higher scores so that people will buy what they're selling, ie. "real" tests (that would be harder).
And there's also the chance that /pol/ really does have many users that are smarter than average. Just like everyone on /r9k/ is INTP personality type (despite that being just 3% of the general population), maybe /pol/ tends to attract people with higher than average IQs. In my limited experience of /pol/, this is probably not the case.

Whatever, my point is the same. INTP and INTJ combined make up about 4% of the general population but something like 80-90% of /r9k/.
