Houses about 20 minutes from the NJ border go from anywhere from 30,000 to several million, Tax rates are really nice for a Northeast state. Also, PA is the least cucked state north of the Mason Dixon, Philly gives us a bad rep. Open carry is easily attainable, assuming you're not a sperg, The weather here is nice, plenty of activities, from skiing to casino resorts, hunting, etc. although a bit cold, and winters can last a little longer than they should. The job market is probably the only downfall, if you can get your foot in the door, you're golden.
