This is a good plan. Always make them renounce citizenship and I would go a step further and put them on probation for several years if they come from a "hostile" zone (aka Africa, Middle East, etc.)

The nationalist flag should be our old Dominion Flag
Okay so I'm not gonna argue with the idea that we need to encourage people to have more kids because we do need to.
Looking at the main reason people don't have kids: School and "Wanting to get life on track first"
We already sort of subsidize people to have kids with Child Tax Benefit and it obviously isn't working. So without going into how flooding a market with unemployed who are over qualified (with education that teaches them nothing or is simply there to grab money from useful idiots) how do we change this? How do we justify our main position of making Canada for the Canadians. We need a very aggressive strategy for combating this and personally I think that once we solve the flooding of educated morons into society we'll have a baby boom but that would take a whole generation.

Anon this is certainly interesting, but it helps a-lot to ascribe meaning to the elements in your flag.
Also, I don't think a flag dominated by black is a great idea. A black stripe is one thing, but flags that are mostly black seem anarchist and won't appeal to Americans.

This is what the blue, white yellow star flag looks like.
*Blue to represent nature, the color of the sky, oceans, lakes and rivers.
*Yellow to represent revealed knowledge.
*A white stripe to represent purity. (secretly, of the race)
The star rising above the horizon represents hope and a new beginning.
The tilt is 23.4 degrees from the vertical, the same as the Earth in THIS ERA, to represent the law of seasons, and natural law in general.
I want anon to consider the star by itself as a logo the way a swastika is, by itself.
