For me? YPG don't know yet the strategic advantage that is having SAA inside of theirs cities for a political, militar and diplomatics aspects.

so does cyprus
its not so much supporting but it is increased support, help and influence in europeanization of turkey by european union, but the last 15 years have made that simply impossible, european union and mindless westernization has lost support in turkey and is unlikely to gain back support again in the near future

leader of chp kilicdaroglu supports it, and has a foreign policy plan of "we will do whatever the fuck europe wants just let us in" but chps voters do not support him
the political arena of turkey is quite complicated, maybe i should write an article about this idk

Nigga, that's ABSOLUTELY retarded of the YPG-alinged guys. You can't just speed through a checkpoint. Not in fucking Syria. Not with all these fucking VBIEDs running about.

Just because of that I might say that the NDF wasn't reacting retarded at all - they might have been spooked into thinking it was a VBIED or some shit.

>>71589743
It might give credence to the seemed ambition of the Kurds to have their own little state.

As you said, that would be disastrous for them, since if they lose Assad's influence in that Area, then Turkey might finally get to do whatever they want with them.

And since they don't fall under Assad's claims anymore, then Russia won't be obliged to come to their aid. And God knows the "Coalition" never gave much fucks about the Kurds other than the fact that they can serve as their proxy army against ISIS (and Assad, once ISIS is defeated).

But it is. A lot of long time users in 4chan came from a board vaguely related to anime, because that's what most of it used to be.

So that culture leaks into everything else. Like here.

I support Assad but don't have any ammunition to defend this support from normies when they bring up chemical weapons.

>The chemical weapon shit is focused on especially, does that hold any ground or is there another side to the story?

It's shilling of the highest degree. The OPCW (Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons) which were brought in to oversee the Syrian dismantling of chemical weapons and test any suspected chemical weapon attack, have found that the chemical traces of these attacks do not originate from Syrian government stocks. They instead have a source outside of Syria.
The fingers point towards Turkey as potential supplier, but definitely the smuggle route taken.

Hear hear.

In addition, in the communist, and indeed the communist societies that we have seen so far, there invariably appears a group of people who are "more equal than everyone else" anyway.

That's just how people and societies are.

Communism is an ideology thought up for something other than humans.

Its not just in divisions between race, its divisions between class, societal standard, income whatever it might be
People can never be equal, true equality is impossible by practicality because no matter what happens there will always be one part of society that edges out over the other no matter what scale you look at it by, on a global scale or even in a single household

Muammar stepped forward, sheepishly, blushing at the big, blue eyed leader in front of him.

Bashar also nervously stepped forward, wringing his hands, in the presence of the Great Libyan King that his father had talked about years ago.

He had a faint memory of being a young boy Assad, playing with his toys, looking up at Papa Muammar so many years ago....

But Assad couldn't think about that now, with Gaddafi standing majestically right in front of him. He smiled the smile of a million kangs and stepped forward, ready to embrace his sparkling new friend.

Yeah, no. That makes no sense- you would not hide weaponry like that in a neighbouring nation, even if friendly. There's far to much that could go wrong.

My predictions on the bigger picture:
1-Russia will build a base or bases in Syria.
2-Syria/Iran/Russia/China will have a much more influential and involved in the ME.
3-Shiites will have more power over the Sunnis, basically making Iran the most powerful in the ME and having their influence stretch to North Africa.
4-The US will go back to backing Sunni groups and possibly try to be friends again with Al Qeada, at the same time the US influence will decrease making them irrelevant.
5-Possibly Sunni/Shiite unity in the Arab world if Russia is willing to make it happen.

>Asayis captures shitton of NDF guys alive
Setting themselves up for a buttfucking.... I don't get why Syria dosen't train the NDF groups better than they have. I understand manpower and funding shortages, but at least some basic boy-scout level training on how not to fuck up, you'd think?
>>
>>71607048
It vastly depends on the region. NDF is an umbrella term for local militias, in case of Qamisli they're mostly Assyrian. It's complicated (tm), like everything in the region.
>>

Burgers don't have unlimited power, and we have gotten good at creating insurgencies that runs them out of town(Lebanon, Iraq). Unless el Rato gets elected, which is very unlikely, we will be left to do with the Saudi scum as we please, minus an open invasion. Shillary is literally a woman and Trump will cut back on the empire.

First we must wait for them to go even more bankrupt in Yemen though, they removed the most important obstacle in front of us in Qatif, that Nimr al Nimr guy was close to the house of Shirazis and hated the Islamic Republic, now it's open for us to march in and play the role of saviors.

Well that means what the US spent in Iraq and all that time they tried to do nation building went to waste, the US will not let that happen unless they back some radical Sunni group to keep the people divided, its what US does best.

What do you mean by flip?
>5 is legit impossible unless you genocide them sunnis.

By flip I mean they'll pull them to their side. China wants "their" Saudi Arabia, and Iran is the perfect candidate. Not to mention silk road and land trade route, making Chyna impossible to block in Malacca and other places.
Basically if Iran gets even slightly more pro-Chyna, US will have little to say about their incoming hegemony. And they can't really curbstomp Chyna without nukes.

I wouldn't be suprised if Gaddafi hit on Asma all the time. He was known to court the wives of other leaders. That is, if it isn't just more western lies. I am still hesitant to believe he was a serial rapist, I think that book Gaddafi's Harem was forged to further demonize him. What do you guys think? Either way, it works for me - if he didn't actually rape a bunch of young girls, I can fully worship and idolize with the whole extent of my being - if he did, I cannot give my heart to him completely, but atleast makes for good fap material.

That was truly idiotic, they could have used him as a propaganda tool, do some political reforms to appease to the Shia without forcing them to seek Iran for refuge.

I see, well Iraq is practically an Iranian vessel so there is that, Iran will always keep a good friendship with both Russia and China not because they want to but because they have to, the most you will see is both working together on a common goal.

As for the US, the people are growing more and more distraught with the way Washington is running things, its only a matter of time until things implode, if Cruz or Hillary gets the nominee then yes the US will get involved.

Shillary's usual ME buttfuckery would eventually cause a direct need for US intervention in Iran.
And that's as productive and painless as pulling razor wire out of your ass.
You see, Iran:
1. Has actually quite decent military gear
2. Is Persian and not Arab, meaning they can in fact fight wars
3. Will get China backing out the ass
4. Has vast strategic depth compared to Iraq as it's larger and mostly made of mountains
USA will eventually buttfuck them, but the resources and time they'll need for it will be extremely high. Not to mention they might accidentally destabilise Pakistan while doing so, and that's not a good thing.
That's why Obongo is basically bending over for Iran.

The US can't directly intervene in Iran anymore.

Not after the Iran deal. When Iran was re-accepted as part of the international community, Russia and China made sure it was fucking public.

If the US decides to chimp out on Iran for whatever reason, it'll have to do so against 2 members of the security council.

Not a good chance.

The bump limit is at 300. not 200.
>>
>>71608146
They can cook something up Iraq-style. They'll have time for that.
Point is, intervention there will bleed them out.

Hmmm somehow, I don't think so. That sort of WMD mongering was a pretty much 1-per generation use card.

Lots of people are now privy to that piece of underhandedness. Nevermind around the world, but Americans themselves.

Everyone alive during that time would have to be dead first before the wool can be pulled over the American public like that again.

This.

But don't think they're doing it for free.

Those rebuilt factories, and those buildings - they're either owned by China or they'll be paying interest until the next century for those.

Iran funds terrorism somewhere.
Iran wants to kill Israel, we have to protect them.
Iran's expansionist policy for Iraq is dangerous for the region.

Somehow, when I overlay those with what is basically Trump America today, it just doesn't line up to spell "intervention".

Sanctions, maybe. The West will enver run out of love for that. Maybe some CIA hocus pocus, but intervention? No... I think America's had enough of interventions for this generation.

The US came within inches of directly invading Syria to remove Assad after the supposed gas attack. INCHES. Or centimeters if that's how you want to put it. The entire media was pushing it HARD. Every news channel, magazines, everything.

They weren't stopped by the American public, they were stopped by Russia.
>>
>>71608640
Trump won't do it, ever. Trump will instead try to cockblock China by striking a deal with Iran.

>>
>>71608674
Actually, America WAS stopped by the public. Congess, I think, to be exact.

Russia only intervened and removed the Chemical weapons itself to cement that decision and make sure they can't follow it up to get to the"""RIGHT""" decision.

If America and Americans really wanted to crush Assad, they could have done so any time. Syria as it was at the time was LEAGUES weaker than Iraq when they went BALLS DEEP.

How is Greater Syria feasible when you take the different ethnic groups and people's living in the region into account? A lot of these people have vast cultural differences and would eventually want self-determination. Redrawing the map of the Middle East like this makes you no better than the British or the French.

Ah, so that why that picture reminded me of my Germany play of HoI3.

That time when I sent paratroopers above Aden to secure the port from an airport somewhere in Saudi Arabia to secure a landing for my Gebirgsjaegers....

I still don't know to this day what the point of Oman was. It literally had nothing in it. But, I invaded it anyway since it was British-aligned.

Hey if the Kurds have their own place, that's where they'll go (or get sent).

Assyria would need splitting up Iraq... which would lead to Kurds taking the north part over, which would genocide Assyrians.

Not a good idea either way.
