How do you get a decent gun in Denmark? You can get an 4.5mm airgun and rifle with no license if you're at least 18 years old, but that can obviously not kill right? (self-defense)
I could join an shooting association, and get a 9mm, but is it worth it?

Best bet is to join a shooting club... I have a modified Dan wesson airgun that takes 6mm steel balls, but i wouldn't telt on that for anything but critters on my balcony
You can do sport shooting or hunting if you join a gun club. It's however not something you could use in self defense and get away with it, you can't carry it with you so you can't use it for personal defense. And I don't know the laws in denmark but you're probably required to store it in a gun safe so you don't have quick access to it in home defense situations either.
You can get one if you want to learn how to shoot though. So if you think it's worth it to develop the skills then go for it.
I would recommend getting into dynamic shooting or maybe it's called practical shooting in english for that case.

Idk but I bet it isn't very different from Belgium.
Just google it. I have to ask a temporary permit, shoot for at least 6 months and note every time I go shooting in a club (at least 12 times) and then I need to do a test and then pay another 100-200 EUR because yay Europe. That's it. But I have to file a new permit for every gun I buy though.

No, they're designed so that your wrist is as relaxed as possible. Since it's an air gun recoil is not a problem.

Air guns are pretty deadly. You have to gimp their compression and use plastic pellets over 6 mm before they start to become remotely "safe." Even then you can remove someone's eye.

It's not that easy, you would have to register the gun. But you can own pretty much everything, including full autos if you get a permit for it.

guns are for feggets, find yourself a bucket, put 1 L of gasoline in it and stuff slowly styrofoam, slowly because it needs to dissolve. Do this until the stuff gets really thick.

Nigger. joining the vlub = 110EUR, filing the permit is 5 per category (5 categories, like handguns, revolver, rifle etc), then the test itself if like 50-100 EUR, loaning weapons and buying pellets is 10EUR per two times. All (or most) european countries allow guns at the very least for hunting. You still need a permit and no full autos though.

It wasn't until the 1920's or 30's that we had any weapon laws at all in Sweden. You used to be able to get a lot of weapons without license until just a few decades ago. In the early times the cold war conscripts were issued a Carl Gustaf SMG to be kept in their home in case of war. There are still a few thousand of those out there since it's a lifetime license.
Postmen in the rural areas used to carry revolves in the 19th century. They didn't get rid of the postmens revolver from their storage until 1962. It wasn't always as repressive as it is today, but the social democrats got scared of civil uprisings, mostly communist revolts i guess, so they imposed harder laws and they've only gotten worse.
People act like it's always been like this, but it's a modern thing. We just haven't had a constitution that defined weapons as a right like they have in the US to protect our rights. If the EU get their will to ban semi auto that's just another nail in the coffin for europe.

i grew up 30 years ago almost. back then we didn't have paintball. we actually used to shoot each other as kids with bb guns.
now we did use far less powerful bb guns. crossman 10 pumps and shit. modern crack barrel pellet guns can kill deer with a well placed shot.

If it's a firearm you're looking for self-defense, there's no way to acquire one legally. You can always join a gun club and request a permit from the gubbermint, but even then it lies in a safe, separate from ammo should you ever need it in a hurry. Even though people are always on about how Europeans are cucked when it comes to firearms, there's a very vibrant black market for them and you don't require a permit. Not that I would recommend taking this course myself, seeing it's probably illegal where you're from. Pistols can go anywhere from 200€ to 2000€, depending on quality and past usage.
In any way, I would recommend putting in the hours at the range and practicing legally. If there's a break-in and a burglar broke in, maybe you shot him with his own pistol after a brief struggle to get it away from his crooked hands.

I've taken several white tail deer (East Coast, United States) with .22 WMR magnum rimfire. I've a beautiful old Winchester lever action that I can place 5-shot groups under 1 inch at 100 yards. I've never needed a second shot, the first is always kill before I get to the corpse. 40 or 45 grain hollow point to the brain stem. It's almost overpowered for fox & groundhogs, but an excellent gun for that sort of vermin control.
Of course, the key is not to take the shot unless it's perfect. I've let a lot of deer walk away for lack thereof. If I'm hunting with my 12 or 20 gauge, .308 or my .30-06, of course I can take body shots or otherwise less-then-perfect, as well as larger game such as mule deer & elk out on the West Coast.
But. The point being, a .22 mag has plenty of very serious kill power so long as you place the shot. It's a solid step-up from a normal .22, which even experienced hunters often don't consider. Very nice, economical rifle to shoot & hunt with. I've never taken a mule deer with it, and I'm not comfortable attempting that more for typical terrain & distance issues with mule deer, but a couple of my friends out Utah & Colorado have done it.
A .223 would certainly be a preferred round if you have that on hand, but if you're carrying that .22 mag, it's entirely adequate if you're half-skilled and not an asshole.

We up until recently had very powerful airguns legal here (Americans pls no bulli), but they were banned after people were using them for home defense. You can also sort of boost an airgun by spraying some gasoline ib the chamber, but don't do this with an expensive quality one.
