Add emergency candles (or even tea candles). And consider swapping out the 9mm with a .22lr unless you're expecting lots of gun fights. A 10/22 rifle will let you hunt small game and even push your self-defense radius out an extra 80-100 yards. The ammo's lighter, cheaper, and just as plentiful as 9mm.
I have that Schrade knife and it's great. I'd add a simple folder to the list as well.
I consider this to be a basic bug-in preparedness list. Bugging out is kinda last resort though, so I won't bother.

You can make a compound bow out of PVC pipe for less than 50 bucks. Get a waterbob it goes in your bathtub and holds like 40 gallons of potable water. Don't forget a portable source of fire to cook with. If you are broke just keep a couple of cans of sterno. Store bought first aid kits are pretty trash it's much better to build your own.
