Lowering the age of consent is one thing that definitely has to be done. But we have to restrict white womens' access to birth control and abortions while leaving it available for niggers.
Make all birth control available only to girls who get some form of government benefits, whether personally or through their families.
Make it insanely expensive to access without government subsidies provided to the low-income people.
