The faculty, the student newspaper, and other cultural organs are dominated by leftists and anyone who's right of center learns to keep their mouth shut. But the internet jas let people know they aren't alone, which bodes well.
Also I went back about a month ago and holy shit is it nu-male central. Half the guys out at bars were wearing those shitty transparent plastic problem glasses, oversized sweaters, and white guy fades. I know nothing about the business school, but I remember them conceptualizing a dorm community for the business students so you'll like that. I was in the bio dorm community when it first opened in 2008. I spent all 4 years on the east side of campus and almost all of my classes were in the quad. The business school is probably furthest from the campus center besides agriculture so I've never been. I assume you'll have many classes with athletes though.

Penn State. After being here for 4 years I can honestly say we're not that political vocal. We generally lean more conservative, I think our strong greek culture might be fostering that. Not that many minorities, much more off the boat asians than blacks and hispanics.
