When most of the variables are taken out, women make about 96 cents compared to men's dollar. I would say if you accounted for women taking care of their children full time, and gave them the monetary value of child care, the gap would cease to exist. Simply put, zero holds value. If a women is actually doing work that is comparable to at least 300 a week in compensation, that should be accounted for, but it never is and it never will be.
The new trend is actually women (20-29 age group) making 15 cents or more in America's 150 top metropolis areas from LA to Raleigh Durham if we use the same methodology as Bernie Panders. Will this be looked at? A resounding no should be concluded because then he can't pander to women's feels.
