I've been here for so long I can't even say
/pol/ for me has always been a place where I can discuss controversial ideas and get honest feedback on them, and learn a lot about the world.
I came as a strong libertarian and concerned about immigration and white population decline. I've become thanks to /pol/ and other websites slightly more authoritarian, became more concerned about the education and behaviour of people rather than economics.
I came out of /pol/ with more questions, doubts and identified holes in my knowledge than I came in, and I think that's the mark of a great website that makes you develop ideologically.
