False. South Carolina is already explaining how they could switch Trump's delegates. Cruz also is stealing trump delegates from Louisiana and Arizona. And even if Trump reaches 1300+ it doesnt matter. The RNC makes the rules. Its not like the RNC is controlled by the constitution or some governing body. They set the rules for each convention one week before it begins. Worst of all once they steal it from trump, it will be too late to get on the ballot as a 3rd party candidate.

Because normal people, the commonfolk, are incredibly weak willed and minded. No one really likes to take chances. They'll either vote for the candidate they feel will win, or just vote for the candidate they like but know will lose any way. They want certainty and Trump without the nom won't give them that
