The vast majority of boards are not about anime and are not catering to anime-related interests. And no, this isn't just a rule that pertains only to anime. If some people started posting bodybuilding images they'd be asked to go to /fit/. If some posted sports-related images they'd be asked to go to /sp/. They'd often be banned if they continued posting, and you might be too!

You are fighting against something that a large bloc of your base is utterly obsessed with doing even though there is already a Supreme Court precedent that makes an outright ban unconstitutional (Roe v Wade for abortion and DC v Heller for guns) so you just try to create policy that your base eats up that gets overruled in court.
Its why Trump has to be pro life and why Bernie gets shit on for not being 100% against guns.

Roe v Wade is the current jurisprudence on abortion whether you like it or not since it is the case precedent. Ginsburg can think its horseshit all she wants but until the Supreme Court readdresses the case that is the current implementation of the law.
