Nothing too incriminating in them, at least not unclassified. Trump isn't in any public office and has no security clearance so unless someone breaks the law, even he doesn't know what's in them.
They're useful in outlining Obama's State Department's strategy in foreign policy, and clearly demonstrate that any foreign policy experience she claims to have is null in that every attempt resulted in failure. Trump, as boisterous as he is, is better on foreign policy than Clinton with absolutely no record than someone who has been a consistent failure for the last 24 years.
Trump probably won't address that personally, but people like Bill Mitchell, Roger Stone, Alex Jones, etc will probably be everywhere telling people how shitty her record is just to get his supporters repeating it. He may address it afterwards, but having no record at all, he'd be a damned fool to bring it up first and more than just in passing.
Remember that Hillary's biggest role and qualification is her term as Secretary of State, and foreign policy is a huge determining factor in this election: if you can control public opinion on Syria and Libya (which is currently "I heard Gaddafi/Assad were bad but this shit is too convoluted for me to pay attention to" - ripe for subversion), you can control the outcome of the election.
Trump is better at memes as well as prognostication and based simply on that he has the upper hand.

Each delegate is basically some kind of politician from their state (alderman, mayor Ect) each one is given instructions on how to vote through so many rounds. After a certain amount of rounds of voting (if you have 1237 delegates and 8 states majority you are a shoe in) if no consensus is met by pledged delegates, then delegates vote for whoever they want. But it's typically who voters and state party officials endorse because these people still work for their respective state governments.
People saying hell get the nom stolen are just increasinglynervous.jpg...switching sides mid convention is a good way to screw these delegates careers because it'll only piss of their own constituents
It's possible though. For most states, if after 2 rounds there's no majority, then typically they release delegates to act in the best interest of the party and their state
