I found a place where I can enter more lists for it to block ads from, but not where I can tell it to block certain site elements.

Select "Open Blockable Items"
A list opens
Copy and paste http://s.4cdn.org/css/md2016 into search bar
Select block, make sure you block the whole thing. Not just http://s.4cdn.org/css but http://s.4cdn.org/css/md2016. The md2016 is essential
