Most people won't realize anything is wrong or do anything about it until the problem beats them in the face and becomes impossible to ignore. The only thing you can really do is wait for bombing attacks to become a monthly occurrence, and even then those won't have much of an effect on popular opinion unless they're getting body counts of 100+ on each one. Germany and Sweden are already lost causes, so everywhere else basically needs to clamp down and let the caliphate make its intentions clear in those countries over the next few years. When the young migrant muslim men outnumber their native German/Swedish counterparts and people realize hey, these cultures and people are disappearing, it may make them rethink their generosity, and only if the more conservative groups make them realize whats happening. Unfortunate that these kind of sacrifices need to be made, but to an extent they did ask for it.
