That doesn't make any sense. Their genetic material which is pulled from another human being would be their ancestry. As for parents, there are many children adopted by non-genetically related couples who happily consider themselves to have parents. Parentage is not entirely determined by a bloodline.
There really isn't anything special about cloning when you look into it. The only ethical concern is that we are not entirely sure if our methods of cloning are effective. The first time we cloned animals they all had drastically reduced lifespans. It would be wrong to subject a living human to a quarter of a lifespan. I believe this is still a problem but have not bothered to continue reading on the subject.
