Based on their reactions and the way they make their denails I think they are both lying and the story is true. It's why you make people give evidence in person and don't rely on written statements. The way they answer under questioning can be very telling as to the credibility of their statements.
Wouldn't be the first time a boss sleeps with a pretty co-worker who he spends 2/3rds of the day with for weeks/months/years on end. That is a woman's jacket for two reasons:
1. This -well- rounded corner is typically seen on women's blazers because it makes the shape look 'softer' therefore more feminine.
