I am seriously interested in the issue. Having witnessed first hand what kind of damage one persons misplaced ambitions(however patriotically motivated) can do. And given how US' continued political strength is in Georgia's best interests (USA being the only force Russia has to reckon with when it comes to their Imperialistic ambitions and designs for Georgia) , I want to know if US is perhaps headed down the same beaten path we've already been on and lead us to a rather shit state of affairs.

My country elected(I didn't vote for him) a kooky billionaire who promised to make country great again, usher in true democracy the likes of which even the west hasn't seen & all that good shit, and delivered on literally 0 of his promises. Instead spent his time in power persecuting his political rivals and former government members, has ran the country's economy and national currency into the ground. Then "retired" to "civilian life" and continues to dictate the policies of the government from behind thin veil(through which anyone who hasn't buried their head in sand can see). Has a ridiculously timid and appeasement oriented policy towards Russia(which isn't working, as expected). And basically dismisses any of the critic directed at him or his party as a slander and/or political propaganda commissioned by his political opponents.

During his election campaign he made promises, that if kept sounded truly great, but were rather unrealistic/hard to actually deliver on, and anytime someone asked him about how exactly was he going to do all this he'd go on a tirade, mixed in with a healthy dose of a(rather clumsy) rhetorical evasive maneuvers, about something remotely tangential to the actual issue at hand, and then accuse the journalist of being biased/bought by ruling party.

So how is Trump different. I'm more or less familiar with his message. I'm more interested in what his plans are how he's proposing to make it all happen and how realistic his goals are.

The difference is that USA can actually deliver, while Georgia...

Outrageous claims are outrageous claims no matter the country. Plus we're not talking about capabilities of nations. What's in question here is capability of people in leadership positions.

I don't know much about this other guy but Trump has a good record I think he can be trusted and he's not just making promises, some of the statements he's making are changing politics in the US in a very extreme way.
The way he changed the narrative on US sovereignty, illegal immigration, and releasing the 28 pages on 9-11 shows that he is risking nearly everything on this election. He's dealing deathblows politically so I don't think this is just a power grab that won't change anything.

>Trump has a good record
Has he ever been involved in actual politics? Cause Business record of Ivanishvili was pretty impressive too. You don't get to become a billionaire by sitting on your thumbs and drooling out of the mouth.
>>
Because Trump's brand (and by extension his family's brand) will be inextricably tied to how he performs as president. If he fails on every front lime you think, he will be destroyed and his heirs will suffer the consequences.

Plus, i personally dont believe hes is going to be able to do some of what he claims, at least how hes mentioned it. However that is his strategy - by simply mentioning things like the wall and unchecked immigration, it is FINALLY a discussable topic once again and not verboten. Also, hes selling pass the close so to speak, in that by making outrageous claims, he can hopefully sell and pass deals that arent as over the top but still sensible (ie i dont think he will round up all 11 million illegals, but he will crack down on that front more so than any other president/candidate has/would do)

I support Trump, but I'd be very surprised if he follows through with any of his platforms once elected. To me -- it's all about the idea. Trump may have no ideology but people are seizing on this right-wing reactionary wave he's riding at the moment and that is far more important than any election promises that are never met.

WE HAVE NO TRUMP GENERAL

DEAR GOD SOMEBODY MAKE A TRUMP GENERAL
>>
>>68642636
See, that was the problem with our guy too. Only here it was "The true democracy" that was the hot topic instead of illegal immigration. And the mantra of people who weren't firm believers in his policies/platform, but still voted for him was "well, at least we'll get rid of UNM(then ruling party) bloodsuckers" that'd translate into the perceived change in politics in your situation.

He nothing like Trump, other than being a rich faggot. nobody actually elected him for his promises, everyone elected him because he was rekt that nigger Suckasshvili, he was giving empty typical promises that nobody cares about. Georgian is a shithole everyone is corrupt and bunch of Judokas and wrestlers argue in the parliament, Trump has great people surrounding him, his has unique promises that nobody else talk about, because they are kike shills, there are things that Americans are really concerned about, not promises of shitty democracy and same shit that everyone else is saying. Ivashville isn't that good of a businessman, becoming rich in Russia doesn't work that way, it has more to do with luck.

Now fuck off you kike.

Come on, everyone knows Georgia was set up by US and Germany, same as Ukraine.

a) Ivanishvili sin't the intended subject of the discussion ITT
b) Calling him CIA puppet doesn't really lend you the credibility as an expert on the subject. He's a total russckuck.

Not exactly. See pic related. This is how American politics have worked for the past 70 or so years.

Democracy by itself is meaningless. A lynching is democratic. It's simply a means to an end. In our situation, Trump is the means to an end -- not the end itself. When he talks about illegal immigration, muslims, the trade deficit, bought and sold politicians... that is nothing more than slaying sacred cows. Quite simply; we're fed up. A voter in South Carolina summarized the feeling perfectly when he said they voted with their middle fingers.
>>
Trump lost 100 friends in 9/11. I think this is why he will deliver on strong borders.
But you must always remember in context our alternatives are
>Shillary, lover of war, banker's best friend
>El rato, slimiest politician in the US
>Bernie the cuck
he's been going off for decades on bring jobs back
>>
>>68638564
Trump is not European, he'll actually do what he says since he became a billionaire while learning to be human as well.
In the rest of the world you don't have to be human to become rich therefore you continue to be a complete asswipe.
Look at Trump's life and look at your Billionaire's life, not even close to the same
