So I think I figured out how I'm going to open up the Brussels portion of my video.
I'm going to take scraps from the #CallBrussels video and have the optimistic/overly jolly tone interrupted by 1-2 second cuts of footage from the metro, where a young girl could be heard screaming. This will repeat until I reach the "Of course it's safe" line from one of the people involved in the commercial, after which I will begin showing footage of the attack, its aftermath, and Trump remaining Unstumped.
