Once population declines to the point where not enough resources can be produced to make up for the trade value the resources cannot be delivered. They have an extremely low birth rate and will ran out of tax payers in the next generation. Shouldn't the state give good incentives to europeans to adopt newborns from Africa instead of having their own? It's a win-win situation.

Tell me how it would help because as it is right now in countries such as Sweden as much as my own the people coming in are uneducated some coutry groups have a majority that do not work. Their monthly government income comes from the people who do work and their taxes then goes to the unemployed AND the elderly. It is something that cannot sustain itself either.
It would help if immigration is selective to pick out people who can actually function in your workforce and there are some who do but a lot who do not.
Also you don't want too many people who can all do the same type of work. If you have an overflow of low educated people then you still have unemployment because you can only have X amount of builders etc. and so over time you will have too few doctors, surgeons etc. which is bad as well.
