If Cruz is being picked over Trump at the convention, it basically proves without a doubt to everyone that he is a liar. Cruz has been pushing this talking point that he is the anti-establishment guy and that the GOP actually prefers Trump over him.

It is Illegal for any kind of delegate deal to be made. It is a Federal crime for a presidential candidate to tell a delegate who to vote for. If Rubio were to tell his delegates to go to Trump he would go to Prison.
