Really the only government I would trust for Brazil is a military government. We have a politically neutral 'Governor General' position that is a ceremonial position which is filled by someone approved by the queen and of course sits above the Government and has the power to dismiss a government in times of crisis and order another snap election.
In the 1970s we had a bad left government that stopped governing properly and the Governor General instantly dissolved parliament and called a snap election.
