This might result in Trump getting the missing piece that puts him above Hillary.

If you REALLY want to get some Bernie voters, you need to go in without the typical /pol/ chip on your shoulder about MUH SOSHALISS CANDIDATE
Whether you want to admit it or not, the same rising tide that is lifting Trump is also lifting Sanders. People want focus on domestic economic buildup rather than the pointless overseas wars and free trade that have devastated this country for 30 years. Both Trump and Sanders play into this. They also both play into fears of a donor class dominating the country through virtue of their wealth.
So Bernie voters are not the polar opposite of Trump voters. They are very similar in many ways.
If you REALLY want to convert Bernie voters, TALK to them. Don't do this silly bullshit of trying to trick them with OH VOTE FOR TRUMP TO SPITE HILLARY. Try to break their minds out of the two-party paradigm. Point out Trump's isolationism and protectionism, and the way he makes the donor class scream with fear. Another thing you can relate on: Disdain for the typical racism/sexism charges. It may not seem like it to you, but Sanders supporters get slammed with a LOT of "MUH SEXISM MUH RACISM" bullshit from Hillary supporters.
Go in being open minded. Realize that they've been as brainwashed by the two-party paradigm as much as you used to be.
Sanders supporters are MUCH closer to you than you'd think. Unfortunately, Sanders himself is a cuck who is riding the rebellion against the establishment.

You need to think the way they think. They think trump will burn t he country to the ground for his ego, you need to convince them 4 years of trump is better in the long run for the democratic party. Hillary has something like 60-40 lead in the the democratic base, if you can tap the 40 Bernie into voting Trump, he can win the general

There's many types of capitalists. Trump is very much clearly a captialist in the older American sense: Mercantilist, protectionist. Much closer to state capitalism than the laissez-faire capitalists who currently dominate the republican party. Which is not actually so far from Bernie-socialism as you might think. Socialists will spend trillions on welfare to help the needy, but state capitalists often view their people as a resource, and will very often spend a lot of money on them to develop them for economic production.

Lots of them have been programmed to hate all republicans, or at the very least to hate Trump, and you won't be able to convince a lot of them to vote for him. But they don't want Hillary. Just remind them of their options outside the two dominant parties.
