I realize my hatred of blacks is unhealthy, and that there are many blacks who are great people who are a great deal are more intelligent than I am. More driven, more ethical, kinder, etc.
I also realize that there's no real justification for racism. Judging every individual of a certain racial group due to the behavior of other members of that group is wrong. No matter how widespread the problematic behavior in said group is.
But I also am of the opinion that much of the "racism" isn't actual racism, but just a response to the abhorrent behavior exhibited by the vast majority of blacks.
I am slightly sympathetic, as I think it's obvious that racism was a contributing factor in what makes black culture so horrible.
But at some point you just have to draw a line and place the onus on the individual. At some point personal responsibility has to be taken.
People who were molested as children almost always grow up to have sexual attraction to children, but we don't free child molesters simply because they were at one point victimized themselves.
Situation is all fucked up. The left creates a narrative of victimhood, which further degrades and stifles any possible progress black culture might make, and the right creates a narrative of "well, it's your own fault", which is at times just as harmful.
Some middle ground has to be found, but I don't know where it is.
World's just a fucked up place and there's no real solution to any of our problems.

I was raised to be generally kind... to speak my mind, so not overly polite or censored, but still kind as a rule, so I wouldn't say the word because it has a cruel / harsh effect and I couldn't look at a person and do that to them.
That said... at the same time, I don't know if it should be that way... that is, words being such a big deal. I know the history of it, but despite not being libertarian at all economically, and not socially libertarian in some other ways, I do think that people should be able to just say any word and not have to apologize.
I've kind of adopted the word 'faggot' again, not so much commonly, just as a meaningless internet pejorative, to defy the idea from the left that if language is controlled, society would be fixed. This is a stupid notion and I appreciate the rudeness of 4chan if for no other reason that it continually defies that idea that there will ever be a consensus or utopia or polite society. Progressive tears are fun.

Words do have an impact on you. Remember that one time when you were scolded by your teacher and you started crying? Or maybe just felt really bad for a while? It sucks, so it's important to be considerate with words.
Still, if I call a grown man a nigger, then that's not an excuse to chimp out and become violent as a direct reaction to that. Adults should be able to ignore insults made by people they barely know and just be the bigger man. If a fight breaks out, well then so be it, but don't organize protests when some monkey who couldn't control himself bites the dust.
