I worked in the archives of a government office at some point. People keep requesting copies or actual files for whatever reason and it's ran very logically and consistently, so it's easy to work there.
Occasionally I had to fetch copies of certain files that were kept in a small archive of a different unit filled only with women, and boy was it a mess. Folders containing needed files were randomly taken to offices with no informing notes left back, files randomly missing from folders, folders in utterly wrong places, folders left open for days when the working spot was tiny as hell. At one point I had to fetch a copy of some file and the folder was nowhere to be seen for a couple of days when I tried several times, so I left a note "would one of you please handle this order since the files are nowhere to be found" and not surprisingly I found the note at the exact same spot I'd left it some days later. Just terrible organisation on their behalf, and they just took shit which might've been needed by others but had utter disregard for such thoughts.
Also most units were led by women and pretty much each of them was either a super active bossy type who kept breathing at underlings' backs, or they'd have this holy and mighty act to the point where smug is nowhere near enough to define them. It's weird how men tend to have this natural leadership aura on them but chicks are just trying to pretend and it's so obvious.
Also my boss kept giving me redundant jobs she acquired from other units to gain points in their eyes or something. It's really frustrating to suddenly get a silly job of folding 500 papers and putting them in envelopes even though it had nothing to do with our archive unit.

My office is practically a 50-50 split between men and women.
Men all hold computing and engineering roles. Women hold all the HR, receptionist, finance roles. You could lay off the entire receptionist and HR bunch and easily automate their job.

I worked at Caesers Casino in AC for a while in the spa department.
