I've cut out porn and video games (the two hardest things to do on this list), I go to the gym and am slowly getting in shape, I don't smoke or take drugs, I only drink on occasion, I'm learning new skills, I read every day, I'm organized and neat and I'm happy to say I've learned to manage depression, which I now see as ingrained laziness. I've become high-energy, as Trump would say, and I've never felt better.

I haven't stopped, but I've drastically cut back. Now junk food, alcohol, porn and pretty much everything bad are only possible one or two days out of the week. It actually makes work easier because I'm focused and balanced most of the time.
