Vegetarians live 5 years longer than meat eaters, but vegans die 5 years younger than meat eaters.
Eat more vegetables, eat meat only when you really want meat and feel you need it, and avoid factory farm products, but never ever take the vegan pill.
And while I'm at it, watch the sodium levels in that branded veggie juice. Low sodium only or make your own.
