This is the only true measure: if you had sex in the 90s you are a 90s kid and fully experienced the decade

If you did not have sex you are millennial

Does being an edgy little kid, who hanged out on the streets all day, getting in fights before heading home, but stopping by the street skip to have a dig around for some 2nd hand toys that the upper class kids threw away, just to take home for myself, count as a 90s kid?

Born: 1993

Or am I pic related?

Ah, the 90's...
>be me
>ride bike to friends' homes
>sword fight with sticks
>ride bikes to nearest local grocery store to get $0.25 soda can
>hang out behind the store to see who could do a bar spin on their bike
>go back home with friends
>mom makes us all dinner
>play GoldenEye on N64
>fun but not so fun as to become a manchild over it
>actually go to girls house and ring the doorbell
>shake father's hand and greet girlfriend with kiss

Fuck man. I was too young to appreciate it but the economy was booming too so everyone was doing better than usual. 90's man... take me back.

I was actually watching a Sylvester and Tweety cartoon from the 90's recently (my TV was on Cartoon Network from watching Adult Swim the night before).

I don't know if it's because i've been browing /pol/ too much recently, but I swear to god Tweety looked into the camera and said 'It looks like we're about to be culturally enriched.'

Now, if I heard right, can you imagine ANY cartoon these days saying something like that? 90's shows were so un-PC compared to the Tumblr shit that's produced now.

Also I miss cell animation.

>Animaniacs
I still think about that show. I would rush home to watch it. Fuck my friends.

Ren, Beavis, Rapheal, Zack. I grew up in a fertile time of muttering, harmless rebels.

Nostalgia is a distorted view. Some guys here think it was better to grow up with tons of freedom. I should have had better boundaries.

My parents let us roam too freely. We did shit I regretted for a long time. I used to blame myself, thinking I should have been mature enough to stop myself. I was a child. My parents were too busy working, getting drunk and high to watch us well enough. It took me 20 years to realize this. I beat myself up for it.

You can bet my kids will be monitored better. There's a difference between being sheltered and being ignorant.
>>
>>56558797
And this is a prime example of the hilarious mindset of Millennials: they want to distance themselves from the bad apples by trying to say they aren't Millennials.

It's almost a form of self-hatred.

You're a Millennial, deal with it. Every generation has its bad bunch.

Despite knowing how fucking stupid you are, I'm going to waste the effort explaining that the division between these generational cohorts is the year 1980. Human beings reach sexual maturity around the age of 16, so it was around 1996 that the first Millenials began having sex and in some cases procreating.

Also, since I haven't said anything, I can't say when I lost my virginity...

I used to fool around with my friends at age 7-9, even got into oral stuff.
Experimented with a girl a year younger than me one afternoon in the woods. She showed me how girls peed, and opened up her slit so I could get a look, and I returned the favor for her, that was age 9.
I tried "humping" a girl at age 11, but it didn't hold my interest at all, despite puberty having started.
I was far more interested in males.
Did some things with an older guy, and even tried anal at 11, but that shit was a lot of work because he had to go slow so I didn't get hurt.
Never did it again til later teens.
He DID let me do him, and he had a great ass from what I remember, but I wasn't long enough to really do much.

In the end, we stuck to oral and masturbation and frotting and stuff.

Overall, these were enjoyable experiences, and I never told anyone until I got older, as I didn't feel like starting trouble. That guy is still free and has a great job, and he got married. I think he's a father now, but I'm not sure.

My own life kicks ass IMO, so no harm done here either.

Thank you first post.

I was born in 1995, I'm a 90s kid. I remember life before 9/11 like it was yesterday, I remember using dial-up, I remember life before widespread Internet, I remember Y2K, I remember watching 90s cartoons that were still there from 2000-2005.

Fite me

I grew on the Tones more as an adult.
Now they're among my favorite bands. Chino is a based beaner.

I was bored by MGS. I enjoyed Syphon Filter more. Action vs. stealth, I'll take action.

Don't Tread on Me was my favorite Metallica song as a kid, so there IS that.
the Black album was my first tape. My older brother bought it for me on my 7th birthday.

Well my 97 was just my first car it's always going to be special. The 01 I got was just sheer fucking luck that I found it after looking for so long for a good car deal and I did test drive some others I wasn't just specifically looking only for another Taurus. Anything similar and simple with a decent price would've made me happy at least in the mean time to save up for better. But it was almost like fate that after all that tough searching a familiar friend came around and found me. Mantears yo.

I had a lot of different games and still listen to some nice music from that era too. Love that 90's alternative rock in and techno in a lot of those games.

It's called "growing up with an intensely curious mind".
I got into lots of trouble because of it. Never really hurt anything though.

I just liked having fun and trying out new shit. If someone told me something was dangerous or "wrong" my first instincts always told me "investigate this".

I'm still that way. No surprise I'm a hard core Libertarian now.
The 90s were a decade where it was still possible to experience crazy shit growing up without the government getting involved.
As long as you stayed hush.

80's generation is the most hyper experienced generation.

Feel sorry for 90s kids... you never knew real life, and the 70s are just slightly too stuck.

GG life... gg
